We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

In this 45 minute conditioning class you will be pushed to give all that you got. Short rest breaks are built into the intervals so that when you can give 150% during high intensity work intervals. You will use every muscle in your body with steps, free weights, bands, and bodyweight movements.

Compared to a mountain bike instead of a road bike, X-Biking gives you more of a strength element.
We offer hour long classes full of sprints, climbs, squats and hinges.
For those in a rush, there is a 30 minute HIIT variation offered.

Burn/ Bells and Ropes
Burn is 30 minute class. Bootcamp style, body weight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells and tons of CORE! Designed to give a complete body workout with high intensity for all abiliites and level of fitness.

We leave no muscle or group untouched! 1 hour classes offered 6 days a week. Warm up, work, and cool down. Tabatas using, dumbells, kettlebells, steps, bands, jump ropes and MORE!

Yoga- 1 hour class where we go through different flows and offer many alternate moves. Great for beginners or advanced yogis!
