Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

 
 

X-Bike

By combining battle ropes, pulleys, and rope climbing, this beginner level class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work.

Burn

Burn is 30 – 45 min class. Bootcamp style, body weight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells and tons of CORE!

KettleBell

Kettlebell- 30 min class. Come utilize one the best pieces of equipment ever made. There are only 1000 ways to mix up kettlebell movements. Cardio and strength are incorporated.

Threshold Strength

Functional Fitness is a 1 hour class lead by certified trainers. Strength training, cardio, weightlifting and more are covered in our classes. An encouraging atmosphere we welcome all fitness levels! Everyday is different, no thought process for structuring your own workouts. Come see how your daily workout can be challenging and fun at the same time. Note this class requires an enhanced membership.

 

Yoga

Yoga- 1 hour class where we go through different flows and offer many alternate moves. Great for beginners or advanced yogis!
