Afterschool Strength and Conditioning

This class is for off or pre season training. We go over general strength, power, and speed, moving into how these new “strengths” can be applied to your sport. Finally, towards the season we focus on sport specific training.

If interested, we run a 1 on 1 assessment then get them started


Return to sport program

This program focuses on the individual needs of an athlete to make them ready physically and mentally to head onto the field again. We work with our in house physical therapist to make sure all needs are met along with preventative exercises.


This is our USAW olympic weightlifting club. While general training is great, speed and power is king and nothing is faster or more powerful than the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. The research on the carryover of these movements to all sports is enumerous.
